Praise for Clare businesses
Clare recently played host to a party of French visitors including doctors, fire officers and the local mayor. Following the visit the group took the trouble to write to the Clare Business Association to say that they thought that Clare was superb. They stayed at The Bell Hotel, The Red House and Ship Stores and thought that the proprietors and staff were fantastic. Other businesses were equally worthy of praise for the warm welcome they received - including The Cardamom where they had an excellent meal. With the centre of France being very well served with local airports flying to Stansted they intend to return to Clare and explore the area further.
