Enterprising Youngsters at Clare Primary
FOLLOWING a visit to the Cannon Avent Factory, pupils at Clare Primary School entered a competition to design a teat-making machine.
The Glemsford based company who manufactures baby products including bottles, teats and other feeding and drinking products had invited schools in the area to their premises to show how their products are made.
Eight-year-old Megan Beardmore, won the competition and Sam Davis, also eight was runner up. Megan received a camera and a fibre optic kit and Sam won a fibre optic kit.
The visit had been organised in conjunction with the Suffolk Education Business Partnership.
