Well Lane extension plea
PLANS to sub-divide a home at numbers 4 and 5 Well Lane, Clare to create another home by building a first-floor rear extension have been submitted to local planners.
St Edmundsbury Borough Council has also received a Listed Building Alteration Application for the changes, which will include amendments to the existing doors and windows.
