Clare Music Festival
Clare music festival is planned to take place next year on July 2 1st.
The festival has been successful in obtaining a substantial sponsorship deal with Zircon Airways of Stansted. This means the finances of the festival are secure and a full line up of top musical acts can be booked. Already the committee are busy planning the line-up for the day.
This year the festival will be a two day event and the London Gospel Choir have already been booked to appear in the park on Sunday. Unfortunately The Supremes, who were widely reported as headlining the festival, have not been booked for the event. Instead a well known soul artist has been contacted and negotiations are under way to obtain him for the day.
Once again the festival will be held in Clare Country Park and a capacity crowd is expected.
