Rock Legend comes out of Retirement
Fans of rock music had a treat recently when local musical legend Steve Harley agreed to perform at The Quay Theatre in Sudbury.Steve, who lives near Belchamp St. Paul, was famous in the 70’s and 80’s with his band Cockney Rebel. In recent years he has given up touring but was persuaded to perform at this special concert in aid of the Bridge Project Charity. The charity specialises in helping children with learning disabilities. Along with Steve were other local musicians such as Robbie Gladwell (Lead guitarist for Suzie Quatro) and Adam Houghton. All the musicians donated their services to help the project.
