Members of the Royal British Legion Women's Section, Clare Town Council and Clare Brownies and Guides take part in the Remembrance parade

The Royal British Legion Women's Section and Clare Town Council were very pleased to see so many people attending the Remembrance Parade and Service on Sunday 11th November.

 

The Boys Brigade Band led the parade to the church where the Brownies, Guides, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts attended along with many parishioners. The service was followed by a parade to the War Memorial where wreaths were laid.

 

Thank you to the Police and Marshalls who ensured the safety of those taking part by stopping the traffic at the necesary times. Thanks too to those travelling through Clare who considerately waited to be allowed through.
