Clare has reached the finals of the Suffolk Village of the Year Competition!

This competition is held every other year for villages the size of Clare and this time we've made the finals.  The other 2 villages in the final are Wickham Market and Moulton, near Newmarket.

This competition is about our community activities, how much our residents are engaged and the true community spirit which Clare has developed over the years.

The judges were Mark Murphy and Lesley Dolphin from Radio Suffolk.

Mark will be announcing the winner on his morning show on Wednesday 18 August at 08:15.
