We have a bowls club, we run three teams, we also will coach beginners old or young, Please contact Mr. John Raymond, Clare Bowls Club Secretary on 01787 281031.

We have a good crib team contact Mr. Malcolm Williams, on 01440 763649.

Also we have a computer club called Clare Computer Group this is for beginners and for late starters in life, we will help you grasp the basic moves on your computer. We will help you see where you are going wrong; we have a large screen and projector, so everybody can see in detail the computer screen. We meet on the first Thursday of every month, call the club evenings on 01787 277056.

We have a Monday club for ladies; they meet every second Monday night of the month, Call Bev Neal on 01787 277627 or Linda sage on 01787 2811031.

The Women's section of the Royal British Legion meets on the third Monday of the month, Call Sheila Martin on 01787 278947.

We run bingo on every Tuesday night, we have a pool table, we have a very active entertainment Committee, who run dances every fortnight, organize B-b-ques in the summer nights. We have a very well stocked bar with a good selection of beers and lagers, three types of wine, and a good selection of spirits.

Membership

We are open for membership for Clare and surrounding towns & villages. To apply for Membership form, please apply in writing or phone us at the club or e-mail us.

We have three types of membership for our club.
1. Full member @ £10.00 per annum.
2. Senior member @ £5.00 per annum,(over retirement age )
3. Junior member @ £5.00 per annum, ( from 16 - 18 )
